Note: We recommend staying within the park for early morning game drives when animals are most active, and chances of sightings are high.

Day 2Full Day in Murchison Falls National Park

Embark on a morning game drive and an afternoon launch cruise on the Nile. After an early breakfast at around 6:30 am, set off for the game drive via Nyamsika Plateau, where you can spot the Big Five (Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, and Giraffes) as well as other wildlife.

After lunch at the lodge, prepare for a boat launch trip up the Nile River, observing crocodiles, hippos, antelopes, elephants, buffaloes, and various birds. The boat stops near the “Devil’s Cauldron” for picturesque views of Murchison Falls. Visit the top of Murchison Falls to witness the powerful flow and a herd of elephants. Return to the lodge for refreshments.

Meal Plan: Full Board
